Buy art with added reassurance - Sian Storey Art's returns policy

I understand buying art online without seeing it in the flesh can be a big decision, so if you receive your painting and you change your mind, please be reassured that I offer free returns up to 14 days after receiving the painting. I will arrange a courier collection free of charge - all you'll need to do is re-wrap the painting securely and hand it to the courier on the day of collection. If you'd like to arrange a return, you'll need to contact me on Sian@SianStoreyArt.com within 14 days of receiving the painting.

In the unlikely chance that your item arrives damaged, I'd appreciate it if you can contact me asap, with a photograph of the damaged packaging and send it to me at Sian@SianStoreyArt.com so I can raise it with the courier company.
